ULINE WQ DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Hunzinger Construction Company was selected to serve as Construction Manager for Uline’s 1,441,790 SF Distribution Center Warehouse and Distribution Center for product storage and distribution.  This 100-acre site located west of Interstate 94 at the interchange with Highway 142at 3002 128th Avenue in Kenosha, WI will have approximately 85 acres or grading and landscaping. The site will include all new site utilities and paving.

Hunzinger completed four previous warehouse/distribution buildings for Uline in Kenosha County totaling over 3.5 million SF. Pleasant Prairie-based shipping and business supplies provider Uline is looking to support its rapid growth. Uline already has more than 2,500 employees in Kenosha County between its Kenosha campus, Pleasant Prairie headquarters and multiple buildings. Its expanding footprint of industrial space is rivaled in the region only by Amazon.com.
