OAKWOOD INDUSTRIAL I: Hunzinger Construction was selected by Wangard Partners to construct a new 236,000 SF light industrial + distribution and storage building located in Franklin, Wisconsin. The structure will consist of precast concrete wall panels with steel bar joists and decking and a footprint of 310′ x 756′. It has 24 loading docks, 4 drive-in doors, and 162 total parking spaces. Stephen Perry Smith is the Architect on the project with Pierce Engineers as the Structural Engineers and Kapur & Associates as the Civil Engineering partners.
