SUSSEX HIGHLANDS A: This is a 150,000 SF light industrial building in the new Sussex Highlands development with Wangard Partners at W251 N5350 Business Drive in Sussex, WI. It has precast concrete panels with steel beams and a building footprint of 262’ x 564’. It has 10 loading docks, 4 drive-in doors, and 139 total parking spaces. Stephen Perry Smith Architects provided the Architectural Design, with RA Smith providing Structural Design and Sigma providing Civil Design.
