ULINE W5 DISTRIBUTION CENTER

The Uline W5 Distribution Center at 12657 Uline Way in Kenosha, WI.  Hunzinger served as CM on the 800,000 SF distribution and warehouse facility that features a precast and steel superstructure with 40-foot high panels to allow maximum flexibility for long-term storage and distribution needs. The building features over 700 skylights and 202 loading dock doors.

HGA Architects and Structural Engineers served as the project designers with Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers serving as the MEP designers. The project broke ground in August of 2018 and was completed at the end of 2019.
