Marc Gilman Promoted to Director of Estimating
Hunzinger Construction Company has promoted Marc Gilman to Director of Estimating. Marc joined the Hunzinger team almost 2 1/2 years ago as a Senior Estimator to focus on bidding wastewater treatment plants and other hard bid public and quasi-public work. Marc brought a depth of knowledge specializing in heavy infrastructure including water and wastewater treatment plants and his emphasis has been on hard bid, design/build, and negotiated project experience concentrating on self-perform concrete, carpentry and millwright work.
Thanks to Marc’s leadership and the estimating team, we have been successful on a number of these opportunities including Rubicon Site Improvements, Well No. 8 Facility in Oconomowoc, and WEC New West Bend Service Center. In addition, Marc has been working on the Charter Steel project currently underway.
Congratulations Marc!

Robert Torres to Assistant Project Manager
Robert Torres joined Hunzinger as a Project Engineer about a 1 ½ years ago. He came to Hunzinger after servicing 4 ½ years in the US Army and also graduating from Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Construction Management.
Robert worked on the completed GE Trout Project led by PX Kevin Lally, Senior Project Manager Jody Owens and Superintendent Dave Klermund. Once that project was completed earlier this year, he moved onto another GEHC interiors project also led by Owens and Klermund. He is currently working on yet another project at GEHC on the growing team led by PX Kevin Lally and Senior Project Manager Eric Sadler. The Hunzinger team’s great work has resulted in continued work and multiple projects for GE Healthcare at their Waukesha Campus. Our team’s dedication and high-quality work has been recognized by GEHC and we are proud to be the builder that is modernizing and upgrading their Waukesha facilities that serves as the cornerstone of its United States operations and is a critical hub for research, development and high tech manufacturing.
Congratulations Robert!
