RE: Hunzinger’s Response to COVID-19 March 19, 2020
Thank you for your continued business. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the COVID-19 outbreak. Given how the virus is impacting our communities, customers, employees and families, we would like to provide an update on our current status.
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community very seriously. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented social distancing and hygiene protocols as recommended by the CDC, so we can stay healthy and continue to serve our clients.
Hunzinger Construction Company is committed to remain operational throughout the COVID-19 situation. Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to provide the same level of excellent customer service that you have come to expect from us.
We continue to monitor any affect the COVID-19 outbreak may have on our construction projects including potential impacts on material/equipment supply chains and the availability of labor forces. In the event that we are notified, or become aware, of any impacts from our trades, suppliers, or subcontractors, we will communicate the situation and make every effort to promptly address and mitigate any effects on our projects.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Vice President of Risk Management Kevin Sandkuhler at 262-227-5409 or ksandkuhler@hunzinger.com.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from the CDC and State of Wisconsin public health officials, so we can continue to keep our employees safe and support our customers and communities.
Sincerely,
John Hunzinger, P.E.
