On Thursday, April 25th the Milwaukee Business Journal held their Annual Real Estate Award Lunch at the Potawatomi Conference Center. CNH Industrial’s Lakeside Testing Facility won for best renovation industrial/manufacturing project. In all, 17 projects in southeastern Wisconsin were chosen to be honored. The Business Journal had a strong nomination pool to pick from again this year, with more than 60 projects submitted for consideration.
Hunzinger representatives Project Executive Jon Jansen, Senior Project Manager Jon Sheahan and Vice President Ryan O’Toole were joined by team members from Total Mechanical, Lee Mechanical and Best Electric, all were subcontractors on the project. The event was attended by over 350 local real estate development, banking, legal, architectural, engineering and construction professionals from all corners of Southeast Wisconsin.
