Emily Styza has joined Hunzinger in the role of Marketing Coordinator. This new position will aid our BD/Marketing team with all things associated with the development and production of our marketing materials, marketing campaigns, social media presence, website updates and CRM (Customer Relationship Management technology).
Emily comes to Hunzinger Construction having worked as a Media/Event Specialist for Catalyst Commons sine 2021 and as an Event Coordinator for Conestoga College in Canada. She has a varied background, having Co-Founded Dare-U-Go! leading media outreach, social media and convention participation. She achieved success on the television show Shark Tank and Kickstarter, expanding their product into 13 countries. She has worked in construction as a Skilled Laborer for Eagleview Construction and worked in Los Angeles as a Production Assistant, Talent Escort/Wrangle and Event Coordinator in LA and at Sundance Film Festival. Overall, Emily has spent about 10 years in the hospitality, events, branding and social media world.
Born and raised in Canada, Emily is a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto with a degree in Media Production. She attended an Event Management Graduate Certificate Program at Conestoga College in Waterloo, Ontario. Additionally, she received a Pre-Apprentice Carpenter General Certificate from Conestoga College’s Women in Skilled Trades Pre-Apprentice General Carpentry Program.
Emily and her husband Steve live in Oconomowoc. In 2023 and 2024 Emily served as Steve’s campaign manager for “Styza for Waukesha County, District One Supervisor” orchestrating a winning campaign. She designed graphics for social media, print materials, website content, lawn signs, and door-to-door campaign outreach, including mailings to voters.
