MGIC Headquarters
This extensive renovation project was recently completed at MGIC’s campus in the heart of downtown Milwaukee.
is located at 250 East Kilbourn Avenue in the heart of downtown Milwaukee.
Hunzinger served as self-performing Construction Manager for the renovation/re-stack of three floors in the four-story headquarters building as well as eight floors in the existing ten-story office building over the course of two years and multiple phases. Ultimately, 200,000 square feet of occupied Class A office space was completely modernized.
Hunzinger’s trade crews also performed selective demolition and carpentry work for the project.
