On December 21, 2020, Hunzinger’s Christina Sladky was accepted to the 2020 National Construction Leadership Council (CLC) Steering Committee. This committee is open to all interested AGC members by application and rotates on a three-year basis. It is made up of 17 CLC members from around the country and involves an open forum to exchange ideas and promote industry innovation. The National CLC Committee discusses the most important issues in construction to provide feedback to National AGC leadership and help structure the AGC for the future. I had assistance from Hunzinger Executive Vice-President Kevin O’Toole as well as the local AGC members Mark Kessenich and Henry Kruger in the form of recommendations that led to an interview with a current National CLC member from Alabama, who works with Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC.
