MILLER PARK - FOUNDER'S SUITES RENOVATION

Miller Park – Founder Suites Renovation is located at One Brewers Way in Milwaukee, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company served as the general contractor for this 16,800 SF (18 unit) interior renovation of The Founder’s Suites at Miller Park Stadium. Uihlein Wilson Architects of Milwaukee, WI were the designers for this renovation that consisted of freshly painted walls, new ceiling tile, fresh carpet tile with a porcelain floor tile in-lay. Custom finished cabinets and new Cambria countertops with a glass tile back splash highlight the kitchenettes within each suite. Each kitchenette was also equipped with a new under counter refrigerator. The upper cabinet fixtures were fitted with LED under cabinet lighting to provide additional energy efficient lighting.

New track and pendant lighting was installed along with down lights within each of the 18 suites. Suite entrances are now adorned with custom cherry doors and specialized glass incorporating the Milwaukee Brewers logo. New 52 inch LCD TVs were installed in the suites to provide an extra viewing arena for suite guests. Each suite was fitted with a moveable island for flexibility and ease of mobility when guests are present.

Well for me, working with the Brewers at Miller Park, it’s just my favorite place to work. They are the best client, the guys I work with are so nice and we have a great relationship built on trust and mutual respect. I was on the crew that built Miller Park and I know this building inside and out which comes in handy as we do multiple renovation and upgrade projects every off season. I feel that it’s a privilege to be trusted enough to do work in the Founder’s Suites, including the owner’s box. The finishes are super high end and often very unique and I appreciate the confidence that both the architect and the Brewers have in me and our whole Hunzinger team.
