AO SMITH CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Hunzinger served as General Contractor for the 40,000 SF renovation for AO Smith’s Headquarters at One Park Plaza in Milwaukee, WI. This was the second time Hunzinger had been hired to renovate their office space, with the first being just about 20 years ago. This 40,000 SF project involved working on three floors with the construction occurring over the course of four phases as we had to work in and around an occupied environment. The renovation refreshed office spaces, conference rooms, and amenities areas that included a full kitchen, a new lobby and reception area as well as a stunning 12th floor with wood panels and higher end finishes. Zimmerman Architectural Studios were the project designers and Harwood Engineers provided their engineering services.
