Petron Corporation is located at 16800 West Glendale Drive in New Berlin, WI. Petron is a worldwide supplier of quality engineered lubricants that it designs and manufactures for the mining, cement, power generation and private label markets. Hunzinger Construction Company served as General Contractor for their 22,000 SF addition that included an 8,500 SF warehouse addition and a 13,500 SF production line addition. Graef-USA served as the Architect/Engineer for the expansion. This project involved a significant amount of process piping work and Butters-Fetting Co. Inc. served as our mechanical and process piping contractor and worked closely with the team on the removal, relocation and installations of numerous petroleum processing tanks that are used for large mixing and storage of the engineered lubricants. Hunzinger self-performed needed demolition, all the concrete and rough and finish carpentry work on the project.
