P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is located at 2500 North Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, WI, adjacent to the Mayfair Mall.  Hunzinger Construction Company served as general contractor for this Asian-themed casual dining restaurant that operates 200 P.F. Chang’s worldwide.  This 8,500 square foot addition to Mayfair Mall added a P.F. Chang’s China Bistro restaurant and adjacent streetscape to the mall. The addition also consisted of repositioning the mall skyline for future restaurants. An access road to the front of the restaurant was relocated, as were utilities and curbs.


“The interesting thing about the PF Chang’s addition was that most of the work we did was actually infrastructure work preparing the mall for the PF Chang’s, as well as, for future additions. We coordinated the relocation of massive utilities and built the new roadway surrounding the mall. There were modifications to the parking lots and to other perimeter roads.”
