Milwaukee World Festival – South End Development Phase II – BMO Harris Stage and Pavilion is located on the Summerfest Grounds at 200 North Harbor Drive on Milwaukee’s lakefront. Hunzinger Construction Company served as the Construction Manager for both phases of the South End Development. It was designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects based in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
The BMO Harris Stage and Pavilion included the continuation of infrastructure upgrades to the south end of the public grounds and the addition of the new BMO Harris Stage and Pavilion at the south point. The construction of additional vendor buildings and restrooms. Renovations to several existing facilities were completed during phase two of this project.
Hunzinger self-performed all concrete work, some carpentry and masonry work.
