Hunzinger Construction Company served as Construction Manager for the $55.7M project that included full pre-referendum, preconstruction and construction management services for district wide additions and renovations to accommodate future enrollment and growth, along with safety, security, and ADA improvements throughout. These multi-school projects included 6 schools and one community center totaling almost 200,000 SF. The investments were comprised of classroom, gymnasium and cafeteria additions and safety, security, and ADA improvements at Wilson Elementary, Oriole Lane Elementary and Donges Bay Elementary Schools. Additional projects include additions and interior renovations to Steffen and Lake Shore Middle Schools, Homestead High School, and Range Line Community Center. EUA were project architects. Hunzinger self-performed selective demolition, carpentry, and concrete.
