Johnson Controls, Inc. Hawley Road Facility is located at 801 South 60th Street in West Allis, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company served as Construction Manager for this 130,000 SF interior build out project. Eppstein Uhen Architects (eua), Milwaukee, were the project designers. The updated office housed 800 employees from a number of different administrative functions within JCI, who worked towards bringing greater administrative efficiencies to their company.
The project included a functional reception area, state-of-the-art work stations, multiple conference rooms, a modern kitchen, break room areas and storage. New landscaping and paving accommodates the hundreds of cars that will be on site daily. This large and complex project was fast-tracked and was completed in only 5 months.
