Hunzinger is currently serving as Construction Manager for the GE HealthCare Campus located at 3000 North Grandview Blvd in Waukesha, WI. The renovation work includes multiple phases planned over the next several years. The GEHC Campus’s Trout Patient Care Solutions or PCS project is a 120,000 SF renovation of an existing building including façade rework and site improvements. The façade rework continues to progress as the interior renovations that began in March 2024 will be completed January 2025. This project includes updated office space, labs, conferencing, amenities, and installation of smart building technologies. Hunzinger crews are self-performing Selective Demolition and Rough and Finish Carpentry. EUA is the architect for the GEHC Campus. The overall multiphase renovation project will relocate specific teams from multiple locations to the expanded and updated GE HealthCare Campus.
Hunzinger recently completed a project for their Global Design Office. The work included renovation of 10,000 SF of existing space including offices, labs, and amenities. Construction of the project began in August 2023 and wrapped at the end of November 2023 with the Global Design division moving in and occupying their new space right on schedule. In addition to completing the project on time, Hunzinger also completed the project under budget. Hunzinger crews self-performed Selective Demolition and Rough and Finish Carpentry.
Hunzinger also served as Construction Manager for GE HealthCare’s CT Pilot renovation project on the Waukesha campus. This project included renovating 25,000 SF of existing space including offices, conferencing, amenities, and installing smart building technologies. This was a pilot project for decisions on future campus renovation work. Hunzinger’s work wrapped up in February 2024 and was fast tracked with Design Build MEP’s. Hunzinger crews self-performed Selective Demolition and Rough and Finish Carpentry. Hunzinger completed this project on time and under the established GMP. HOK was the architect.
