Bayside Senior Housing is located at 9279 Port Washington Road in Bayside, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company served as Construction Manager for these two assisted living facility buildings. Both totaled 76,724 SF of space. The project was designed by AG Architects of Milwaukee.
Located on a beautiful five-acre site The Alterra Clare Bridge of Bayside, the first building, has 46 rooms with 52 beds in a 32,000 square foot single story facility. The building features four enclosed exterior courtyards and a central interior “Town Square.” The Wynwood Building, the second structure, has 66 rooms with 78 beds in a 45,000 SF facility.
Both facilities feature ultra-high-end finishes and an incredible variety of interior and exterior spaces. Hunzinger self-performed all the concrete work on the job.
This was a HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) financed project that went flawlessly. It was completed on time, on budget and without any major obstacles and we continue to have a close and professional relationship with this client today.
