On the evening of Wednesday, May 17th the Milwaukee Business Journal held their Annual Real Estate Award Event at the Bradley Symphony Center. Komatsu’s South Harbor Manufacturing Facility won for top new industrial/manufacturing project. In all, 16 projects in southeastern Wisconsin were chosen to be honored. The Business Journal had a strong nomination pool to pick from again this year, with more than 45 projects submitted for consideration.
Hunzinger representatives were joined by team members from EUA and Graef and from Komatsu including John Koetz, President and CEO of the Surface Mining Division of Komatsu Mining Corp. It was yet another wonderful recognition of this incredibly impactful project. The event was attended by over 400 local real estate development, banking, legal, architectural, engineering and construction professionals from all corners of Southeast Wisconsin.
