Hunzinger is excited to welcome Matt Janecke as an Assistant Project Manager. Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy and a Master’s in Public Administration, with a concentration on Municipal Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. For the last 13 years Matt has been working in the public sector as the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Brown Deer, the Town Administrator for the Town of Lisbon and the Assistant Director of Utilities and Public Works for the Village of Menomonee Falls where he developed a passion for construction projects and decided to pivot careers. He is also a combat veteran having served oversees in Kuwait as part of the 32th Brigade, Battery A 1-120th Field Artillery in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
Matt has an active home life with two young rambunctious children, a girl 4 and a boy 2. He loves spending time outdoors and enjoys a variety of sports. Matt has joined our Milwaukee Repertory Theater Renovation Project Team headed by Project Executive Jon Jansen. Welcome!
