Parente served as Hunzinger’s Superintendent for self-performed concrete foundations for the Komatsu South Harbor Campus 430,000 SF Manufacturing Facility and as the lead superintendent for the 2 largest machine foundations in the facility.

He team, clients and subcontractors all enjoy working with him as he sets a professional and collaborative work environment. His dedication throughout the Komatsu project was incredible as some of the concrete pours started at 3 or 4 in the morning and went on for 12-14 hours! Dan never left his post. His attention to detail and focus to get the job done right was unwavering.
Just prior to the Komatsu project, Parente was the Superintendent for the 40,000 SF two-story Sendik’s Food Market renovation at The Corners of Brookfield. The bistro has seating for 25. The project included new escalators that bring customers up to a new addition of 7,000 SF Sendik’s Home store on the main shopping center level. Under Dan’s leadership, Hunzinger completed this massive renovation in 10 months with the full-service grocery store remaining open and fully operational throughout the project.
