Jody Owens Recognized at The Daily Reporter Women in Construction Event

Congratulations to Jody Owens who was recognized along with 49 other awesome Women in Construction on Thursday, August 17th at Discovery World. Ryan O’Toole, Joan Zepecki, Dave Klermund and Alex Kimmet all joined Jody to celebrate her award. The event was attended by over 400 people representing all aspects of the construction industry.

Jody’s father, John Owens, was an electrician, and growing up he would always talk about work and take her on job site tours. Over the years, she learned the tricks of the trade from him, and she relished watching the detailed process of building and renovating spaces – from start to finish. It inspired her love of construction.

Jody joined the Hunzinger team 2 years ago as a Project Manager working on office renovations and new construction. Her recent projects include AO Smith Office Renovations, J Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard and X Golf both at American Family Field. Jody works seamlessly in the male dominated world of construction management and building. She brings an “owner’s” perspective, and her clients appreciate her expertise and dedication to getting things done right the first time.  Her positive attitude and intense attention to detail make Jody stand out amongst her peers.
