This trend has provided Hunzinger with a level of craftsmanship, stability, and employee longevity that creates a positive culture. Good companies striving for excellence have many examples to point to. Each year at Hunzinger, we search for and celebrate excellence. The search begins with a company wide call for nominations of our co-workers, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, and clients. We do this at our annual Q3 (Q-cubed) Awards Celebration, named for our 3-point Quality Program at Hunzinger.
