Located at 400 W Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company served as the original General Contractor for the arena. The arena is part of a larger downtown campus that includes the Milwaukee Theatre and Wisconsin Center. Hunzinger has completed numerous projects over the years at the Arena including the renovation of approximately 5,360 sq. ft. of existing concourse ceiling on the main, 200, level of the Arena. The work included selective demolition, new ceilings, painting of new and existing MEP equipment, painting of ceilings, walls, and structural elements, lighting, electrical, and HVAC modifications. The locker rooms, media room, pro shop, VIP areas and restrooms were all renovated during this undertaking.
