Located at 1030 North 6th Street in downtown Milwaukee, adjacent to the Fiserv Forum. This 240,000 SF, 7-story poured in place concrete parking structure was built in 1980. Since then, Hunzinger has served as Construction Manager for renovations to this structure which has parking for 738 cars. Projects included retrofitting the entire structure with new LED light fixtures to upgrade the lighting and servicing the aging elevators. We completed minor structural repairs throughout, painted the exterior, replaced some aging windows, doors, and fencing. All the work was completed in just 3 months while the structure remained fully operational throughout the Milwaukee Bucks inaugural season in their new home, the Fiserv Forum.
