Plunkett Raysich Architects South Waterworks Plaza (PRA) is located at the corner of South Water Street and Pittsburgh Avenue in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
The plaza consists of a beautiful recreational space with colored concrete design, landscaping, LED lighting effects along with a new city walk. The sidewalk design extends to accommodate storefront area. This project also included site demolition, earthworks and utilities. In addition to managing the overall construction, Hunzinger performed the intricate concrete design.
The building, owned by LCM Funds 23 Bridgeview LLC, was designed by PRA R.A. Smith National.
