SILVERADO-BROOKFIELD MEMORY CARE COMMUNITYAssisted Living / Senior Care
Silverado-Brookfield Memory Care Community is located at 1105 Davidson Road in Brookfield, WI. Hunzinger served as general contractor for this 45,230 SF new memory care community designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects based in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. Silverado is one of the nation’s leading assisted living companies focused on elderly residents with memory loss and dementia, and 24 communities in Arizona, California, Illinois, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.
This state-of-the-art new facility includes 50 new patient rooms with 95 beds, back house kitchen, dining area, bistros and center court yard. Silverado’s memory care communities specialize in caring for those with memory impairments, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other related dementias. This fully appointed facility has expert clinical care led by a Physician Medical Director, full-time registered nurse as the Director of Health Services and licensed nurses on-site around the clock. Services are provided in a warm, comfortable and home-like environment including pets and children. Delicious meals, stimulating adult oriented activities and life enriching outings round out the living experience for the 95 residents of Silverado Senior Living.
It has been my pleasure to work with the entire team at Hunzinger. Both on new construction and renovation projects, Hunzinger understood the unique set of challenges that comes with working on senior housing communities and tackled them head on. Hunzinger’s detailed project schedules and phasing plans fully took into account our operational requirements, and were strictly followed. And the constant communications to update us on the project status gave us a sense of comfort that we couldn’t get from many other contractors. The team at Hunzinger has always been responsible, patient, creative, and honest and they will be our #1 choice on our future projects in WI/IL.
