SHERATON MILWAUKEE BROOKFIELD HOTEL

Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel is located at 375 South Moorland Road in Brookfield, WI just off I-94.  Hunzinger Construction Company served as construction manager for the construction of this expansive 400 guest room hotel and convention center designed by Spaces Design Group.

Hunzinger Construction built and returned later to complete a total interior renovation of this full-service Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, including 400 guestrooms, guestroom baths, amenity areas, and public space, all of which included ADA, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, as well as, code upgrades. The hospitality renovation project also included extensive hardscape and site work improvements including both indoor and outdoor pools and a modern fitness room.
