BMO Harris Stage and Pavilion is located on the Summerfest Grounds at 200 North Harbor Drive on Milwaukee’s lakefront. Hunzinger Construction Company served as construction manager for both phases of the South End Development that was designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects based in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.

The BMO Harris Stage and Pavilion – Phase 2 of the Summerfest South End Development included the continuation of infrastructure upgrades to the south end of the public grounds and the addition of the new BMO Harris Stage and Pavilion at the south point. The construction of additional vendor buildings, restrooms, and renovations to several existing facilities were also completed during phase two of this project. Hunzinger self-performed many divisions of trade work including all concrete work and some carpentry and masonry work.

Hunzinger Construction is a detailed-oriented company, which maintains complete control of their projects and has always kept Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.’s best interest, and bottom line, in mind. They are one I can recommend with complete confidence. Hunzinger overcame the challenges of constructing in some of the worst winter conditions of the coldest months of each year, yet completed all of the work on time and under budget with thorough, accurate, professional responsiveness.
