MASTERLOCK COMPANY HEADQUARTERS

MasterLock Company Headquarters Relocation and Expansion is located at 6744 South Howell Avenue Oak Creek, WI. Hunzinger is Construction Manager/General Contractor for this 120,800 SF renovation that includes two connected buildings.

The completed project will house a model shop, training areas and office space for around 450 employees a large increase from their current 350 employees at their current Oak Creek Headquarters.

The new space will include an open floor plan to enhance worker’s views of outside and create more opportunities for collaborative work, an amphitheater that seats 250 people, updated conference rooms, a refreshed cafeteria all on a 26-acre campus with walking paths. Baumann Studios LLC of Chicago, IL are the project designers.
