GREENFIELD MIDDLE SCHOOL

Greenfield Middle School is located at 3200 W Barnard Ave in Greenfield, WI. Hunzinger served as General Contractor for this 14,355 sq. ft. summer renovation of multiple areas of the middle school.

The classroom renovations included a revamp of the existing Family and Consumer Education room, new lab stations for science classrooms, Project Lead the Way.

Staff offices were moved and remodeled towards the Main Entrance of the building. This space includes new personal offices, copy rooms, nurse’s station and a conference room. A Greenfield Middle School mosaic was placed onto the main office wall.

The old office space was transformed into a multipurpose community room.

The library was remodeled and fitted with new carpet, wall décor, furniture, light fixtures and a librarian’s station. Off the library, is a large conference room and two smaller breakout rooms for multi-use.

Hunzinger self-performed concrete work on the sidewalk at the main entrance of the building. New landscaping was added to this entrance as well.

Other various renovations include remodeled food services staff offices, a large shipment door with a smaller man-door, tile and ceiling work was done in multiple restrooms and the existing ceiling in the gymnasium was removed and painted above it. There were also new lights and motion sensors installed in the gym.
