BREWERS' OFFICE SUITE

The Brewers’ Office Suite is located at 833 E. Michigan Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, WI. Hunzinger served as the General Contractor for this 2,500 SF interior office renovation.

The office now consists of a lobby, main conference room, smaller multi-use conference room, small office, open cubicle space, bathroom, and an island break area with bar stools and kitchenette.

In addition to general contracting, Hunzinger self-performed all carpentry and selective demolition work within the space. Kahler Slater served as the architects for the project.
