Hunzinger served as the Construction Manager for the Milwaukee Bucks’ Deer District as part of the downtown arena development in Milwaukee. The entertainment block, which spans Fourth Street from W. Highland Ave. to W. Juneau Ave., is a central element of the master design plan for the new arena and surrounding development, and features an active space designed for year-round community use featuring a mixture of dining, entertainment and retail buildings. The block serves as an important connection between the new arena and existing commercial activity along Old World Third Street.

In conjunction with the Entertainment Block, Hunzinger also delivered the two-story Good City Brewing venue which includes a 200-seat taproom, second floor outdoor patio area and 350-person event space. While the taproom features 24 Good City brews as well as a wood-fired oven kitchen concept, one of the key focuses for the new space includes the production of sour beers and a pilot brewing system that will produce fellow small batch and experimental brews.
