Lynde and Harry Bradley School of Technology and Trade is located at 700 South 4th Street in the Walker’s Point neighborhood of Milwaukee, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company was selected to build and serve as Construction Manager for the construction of the 289,573 square foot technical high school. The Milwaukee office of Hammel, Green & Abrahamson (HGA) served as the project architects.

Hunzinger self-performed all the concrete work on this innovative facility that used concrete throughout the contemporary design. The school features a state-of-the-art technology center with computer lab, conference and counseling rooms, library staff offices and a complete technological library. The library features contemporary light fixtures, furniture, shelving, and circulation desk that emphasizes the living laboratory atmosphere of the new school.

The Lynde & Harry Bradley School of Technology was constructed on the former site of Milwaukee Tech High School and is the premier technology and trade high school of the Milwaukee Public School System.

“The experience I had with Hunzinger Construction Company solidified a friendship that lasts today. We selected Hunzinger to build the new Bradley Tech, even though they were not the low bidder, we had that much confidence in them. We knew that if Hunzinger built it, the quality would be better than if anybody else built it. We were correct. We also knew that we would be treated fairly from a cost perspective. They are honest, they work safe and in my eyes, they are the only real, true builder in the Milwaukee area. Their tradespeople take great pride in their work and it shows in the end results of their jobs. They are the best general contractor I have worked with and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.”
