Building The Future Together

Hunzinger Construction Company recently completed a 10,000 square foot expansion to Ace Precision Machining located at 977 Blue Ribbon Circle North in Oconomowoc, WI in the Pabst Farms Development.  Hunzinger Construction Company was originally hired as Construction Manager for their 120,000 square foot manufacturing and office facility designed by Stephen Perry Smith Architects.

Recently, the team was called upon to complete a 10,000 SF fast-tracked expansion that features precast exterior wall panels in the manufacturing area completed in just 5 months.   When originally built, the design called for maximum flexibility for future equipment and operations making this expansion seamless.  Stephen Perry Smith Architects once again served as project designers with R. A. Smith as engineers.  Hunzinger self-performed demolition, concrete, masonry and all carpentry work.  The now 130,000 SF facility houses a full range of equipment including axis laser cutting, vacuum brazing, hydro forming, turning, machining, resistance and TIG welding, heat treating, sheet metal fabricating, and thermal barrier coating.

Ace Precision is more than just a machining company, it serves some of the best and most demanding customers in the aerospace, power generation, and defense industries. They work in close partnership with each client to understand their business and improve the manufacturing process for better quality, fast delivery, and reduced cost.  Ace Precision’s FAA certificated Repair Station specializes in the remanufacturing of complex gas turbine components.
