Hunzinger is pleased to welcome Scott Bollen to our Estimating team as an Estimating Engineer. Scott was raised in Missoula, Montana but left to go to college in Denver at Colorado Christian University where he earned a Liberal Arts BA and met his wife who was from Wauwatosa, WI. After graduating Scott worked as a plumber apprentice for 2 years and then transitioned to be a carpenter for a design build company in the Denver metro area.
After his wife earned her Master’s at CU Boulder, they decided to move to the Milwaukee area to be closer to her family. Scott pursued a Master’s from Concordia University in Education Counseling. After working over 5 years in education as an elementary school counselor and most recently as Academic Advisor at Cardinal Stritch University, Scott decided I to transition back to a career in construction.
Scott enjoys the outdoors and stays active canoeing, hiking, backpacking, camping, and cross country skiing. He is also an avid reader who enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and 18 month old son.
