Adient Corporate Office
The 833 East Michigan Street is an 18-story, Class A multi-tenant office tower located in downtown Milwaukee. It combines elegant design, incredible views, state-of-the-art technology and premium tenant amenities.

Hunzinger served as Construction Manager on the 2017 buildout of Adient’s offices, which occupied the entire 11th floor, approximately 23,000 SF with stylish interiors throughout. Gensler Architects of Chicago were the project designers. The corporate headquarters suite was completed in June 2016 and included a reception area, state-of-the-art work stations, multiple conference rooms, a modern kitchen and break room areas and storage. This project was fast-tracked and completed in only four months.
