Building The Future Together

Hunzinger Construction Company started building two large towers that will be a part of a “beer garden walkway” to directly link North Old World 3rd Street to the Milwaukee Bucks Arena.

The towers and walkway are being constructed between The Loaded Slate and Ugly’s on Old World 3rd Street. The towers will have a canopy protecting the path and gathering areas.

The 2,000 sq. ft. project will extend between two buildings currently under construction in the entertainment block, which includes the nearly completed plaza outside the front entrance to the arena.

The beer garden plans to have informal seating, gathering areas, a long gas fireplace and a large screen TV. About 75% of the beer garden will be under the canopy.

The entire entertainment center is being designed by Rinka Chung Architecture.

Whether it’s sitting down for a pint or enjoying the site this walkway will become your new go-to spot before any event at the new Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center.
