Hunzinger Construction Company has been selected by Devo Miller LLC & TMPN Miller LLC to build a new Sendik’s Food Market at 1740 Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee. The design team for this project includes Madisen Maher Architects of Milwaukee, RA Smith as Civil Engineers and structural experts Spire Engineering.
Work began on the site in mid-March and is scheduled to be completed November 1st. The 58,000 square foot multi-tenant building will be anchored by a new Sendik’s Food Market but will also include a Goodwill Store. Hunzinger is self-performing all concrete and carpentry work.
