The roots of this group date back to 1998 when seven similar construction firms from Wisconsin, Indiana, Southern California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania got together and founded a National Peer Group with the initial goal of providing an in depth review of each other’s company operations, the sharing of best practices, and seeking to find continuous improvement. The early years of the effort achieved outstanding results as the sharing of information amongst the firms provided real opportunities for measurable process improvement.
