Hunzinger is so proud to announce that for the fourth year in a row, we have been named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The newspaper awards businesses that they believe are the best places to work in southeast Wisconsin and the basis for the selection comes directly from submissions from the employees who find their jobs to be the most meaningful and rewarding.
In recognizing Top Workplaces, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is giving businesses and organizations an opportunity to celebrate and share their best practices. Their process for selection includes engaging, Workplace Dynamics, to invite 1,327 employers in southeastern Wisconsin to participate in the survey. Workplace Dynamics ultimately surveys 250 companies and more than 67,000 employees to determine which are, in fact, the “top workplaces”. The Journal Sentinel editors believe that the firms selected place the customer first, use teams of dedicated employees to deliver excellent results, and place the employees before the needs of managers and company leadership.
