MENOMONEE FALLS PUBLIC LIBRARY AND MUNICIPAL BUILDING - CIVIC CENTER

Menomonee Falls Public Library and Municipal Building – Civic Center  located at W156N8436 Pilgrim Rd., Menomonee Falls, WI.  Hunzinger was hired as construction manager for this extensive public project that includes a 57,000 square foot, 2-story state-of-the-art library facility, a 40,000 square foot renovation of the existing municipal facility, and a 73,000 square foot addition to the municipal building.  Eppstein Uhen Architects of Milwaukee served as project designers for this project that was completed on time and within budget.

The Civic Center now houses an expanded police operations center, building inspection, engineering, and planning departments, and expanded and updated municipal offices.  This project also included renovations to the municipal garage, demolition of existing library and extensive site redevelopment and parking lot reconfiguration.
