EASTCASTLE PLACE

Eastcastle Place, a premier Retirement Living community, is located at 2505 East Bradford Avenue in Milwaukee, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company served as General Contractor for the renovation of this multi-phased 28,400 SF project. Construction took place over the course of 5 months within a fully occupied skilled nursing facility. Groth Design Group of Cedarburg, WI was the project architect.

Hunzinger crews renovated resident units, toilet rooms, updated corridors, common areas with new finishes and built a new nurse’s station. Other project features include spa renovations and new lighting throughout. Hunzinger performed the demolition and completed all carpentry on the project.  All construction services were accomplished within a fully operational environment without any interruption of services to the residents.
