Art Institute Gets Cooking with Culinary Program

Hunzinger is currently serving as the General Contractor for the Art Institute of Wisconsin on a 5,100 square foot culinary build-out located in the schools downtown campus.

In a recent issue, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel featured an article on the brand new culinary program that will take place once the construction work is completed and the culinary school is open for classes. The new culinary institute will allow students the opportunity to practice their techniques at two instructional kitchens built specifically for bakery skills. Learn more
