Role: Construction Manager

Summary: Hunzinger Construction Company is often called upon to redevelop Brownfield Sites. These sites often require special site remediation services, dynamic soil compaction of in-place fly-ash materials, environmentally impacted materials management, alternative foundation designs compatible with in-place soils conditions and environmental improvements to prepare them for redevelopment .

Hunzinger has extensive experience working with the DNR and city and state government agencies when necessary and work closely with the project owner to safely and effectively redevelop these sites.
