Summary: Hunzinger Construction was hired as the General Contractor for the renovation of 3 stories of the existing Evans Scholarship House located in Downtown, Milwaukee. The renovation included the addition of a new entrance canopy, ADA accessible rooms, fire protection systems, mechanical upgrades and parking lot.
