Milwaukee School of Engineering Athletic Field and Parking Complex

The Northwest Corner of Broadway and Knapp Street in Downtown Milwaukee.

Role: Construction Manager

Size: 100,649 Square Feet

Architect: Uihlein/Wilson Architects

Constructon Update:

Construction is now underway! The site has been cleared and prepped with a perimeter earth retention system installed and a piling rig is currently working on the new facility’s deep foundation system. Watch for the facility to start taking shape in the near future when the precast superstructure erection begins!

Summary:

Hunzinger Construction Company is the Construction Manager for the Athletic Field and Parking Complex for MSOE that is slated to break ground in early May. The four level structure includes precast structures with three levels of parking and the top level being a NCAA Division 3 competition soccer field. Elevator, ticket sales, storage, and bathrooms will be in included in this project.
