Summary:
Hunzinger Construction built the new 16,000 square foot M&I Branch and Wealth Management Office Building in 24 weeks. Positioned on 1.1 acres, the new bank will serve as a central feature for the mixed-use Village Square at Pabst Farms. The 6,528 square foot main floor features three drive-through windows, ATM access, safe-deposit boxes, personal bankers, financial advisors, mortgage specialists and business bankers. The 6,480 square foot second level houses M&I's Wealth Management and Commercial Banking Groups.
The new bank includes many unique aspects, including: high-end cherry finishes, a curved wooden staircase, brick and renaissance stone with steel stud backup, arched windows and a gabled roof.
Hunzinger Construction self-performed all of the concrete and carpentry work. This is Hunzinger's second project in the Pabst Farms development, having previously completed a manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters for Ace Precision.
