 Bayshore Town Center
Hunzinger Construction was hired as the general contractor for the transformation of the original 1954 Bayshore mall into the 1.1 million square foot Bayshore Town Center. The renovation created room for 180 retailers and increased office space from the 25,000 square feet to 275,000 square feet. View Full Project
 Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club: NYCE Club
Hunzinger Construction completed the renovation of the existing .300 Club Lounge for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. The new NYCE Club is approximately 10,800 square feet with seating capacity for 375 fans. View Full Project
